Change Management is key to all projects in Clinical Development. People have to trust and understand project objectives in order to support the suggested changes. A project without a Change Management plan is not really prepared for change!
HERAX uses the Prosci ® Change Management Maturity model named ADKAR. The abbreviation stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. By using this approach for Change Management, the project assures that all issues are taken into consideration, and that change is achieved by the exact number of activities needed to ensure success.
