Change & Organization

Change Management is key to all projects in Clinical Development. People have to trust and understand project objectives in order to support the suggested changes. A project without a Change Management plan is not really prepared for change!

HERAX uses the Prosci ® Change Management Maturity model named ADKAR. The abbreviation stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. By using this approach for Change Management, the project assures that all issues are taken into consideration, and that change is achieved by the exact number of activities needed to ensure success.

Change Management Planning

HERAX assists the sponsor with developing a comprehensive Change Management plan describing the impact of the change, how to ensure sponsorship and support during the project, and how to implement and sustain the change in the organization.

Organizational Design

System and/or process changes often require a change in the organization. HERAX assists with designing the organization change, defining new job descriptions and implementing new processes.

Stakeholder Analysis

Creating a complete overview of all stakeholders is important to ensure that no one is forgotten and that all stakeholders are handled according to their relation to the project.

Communication Strategy

All projects need a communication strategy that includes a list of everyone directly and indirectly involved, what communication they should receive as well as the form and frequency. Planning a communication strategy for large organizations takes skills and experience, two things that HERAX can provide.

Impact Assessment

An impact assessment describes the detailed impact the changes provided by the project have on the business. This includes a description of how benefits will materialize and the roles that will be influenced either positively or negatively. In addition, HERAX offers our unique ViewPoint™ where a project, a process and the individual role impact is described in order to show how the business will change after the project has been implemented. The benefit of this approach is that it ensures clarity to all parties involved, how their jobs will be affected, which creates support for the new processes.
